About Tiffany N. Branson, P.C.

Helping Families and Individuals in the Weatherford Area

From the beginning, I’ve had a desire to serve and help people. I knew I wanted to be a lawyer from a young age. After earning a law degree from Southern Methodist University and my Texas law license, I went right to work trying to help people.

But I wasn’t always focused on family law or criminal defense. In fact, right out of law school, I worked for the prosecution as part of the DA’s office in Johnson County. After that, I practiced mass tort litigation all over Texas, bringing claims covering asbestos, silica and ground water contamination. I enjoyed all this work, but I felt like there was a better place for me.

Finding a Home, Legally and Personally

I began working in family law and criminal defense when I moved to Parker County, and I realized right away that this was the area for me. I could make a difference in Texans’ lives, helping them on a personal level.

In 2009, I struck out on my own and founded The Law Office of Tiffany N. Branson. I’ve been fighting for families throughout the Weatherford area ever since.

Along with a talented paralegal, I work hard every day to help my clients thrive. My service area has grown over the years, and I now serve families and individuals in Parker, Eastland and Young counties.

Bringing the Personal Into Practice

Helping people expands beyond my job as well. I frequently volunteer for organizations where I can make a difference, whether it’s the Weatherford ISD school board or an animal rescue organization.

I have two children, so I know how rewarding and how difficult parenting can be. I never want to presume to know what’s best for your family; your story and your situation are unique. I’m here to facilitate a solution that leaves your family in a better place than it was when you met me.

Straight Talk and Clear Choices

Honesty, communication and integrity are fundamental to my practice. The best outcomes happen when we operate with mutual respect. If you’re honest about your situation, I can explain your options in detail—straightforwardly, without confusing legal terms.

I won’t just tell you the possible next steps; I’ll tell you what outcomes are likely and what the consequences could be. Family law and criminal defense overlap in many ways, and both interact with CPS and the juvenile legal system. With experience in all areas, I know what strategies work well and what tactics to avoid.

At the same time, I’ll never promise you more than I can deliver. Every case is unique, and I can’t make guarantees. Because you trust me with your case, I trust you to make the right decision about your future. My job is to facilitate the best possible choices and to ensure you can make an informed decision and move forward confidently.
